"I found the session informative and fun as a youth worker and participant.

The added element of receiving condoms as rewards and also the quiz at the end was a great idea and incentive.

Sessions like this are crucial to a young persons life but can be difficult to be seen as interesting and engaging- This was achieved!

The video element, making it relevant and relateable and making the young people comfortable enough to engage was what i enjoyed the most.

Plus as the deliverer Kelly was very approachable as i was able to ask questions of my own.

Hope i can join in on more sessions!

"The girls engaged really well, participating in group activities and discussions around unhealthy and healthy relationships.

Keeping safe online-Sexting video went well, young girls discussing it in sessions afterwards about own experiences and current situations.

Great participation from the girls presenting their discussions with the rest of the group.

IHC delivered the first session with confidence, the girls involved listened well and understood the content of the delivery."

"I have worked with Inspiring Healthy Choices (IHC) within KS3 and KS5 at our large 11-18 multi-cultural school. IHC comes with knowledge and an understanding on how to translate this to a level that the children and students can understand.

IHC has listened well to what is wanted and needed within our school’s PSHE programme. The team is friendly, reliable and professional in their commitment.

With both age groups IHC staff have built  relationships with the children, students and the class teachers. The anonymity of an outsider helps deliver sensitive information.

IHC has worked with me to develop programmes to complement our drop down days called Subject Immersion days in KS3 and our Pupil Development sessions in KS5. They are versatile and committed to delivering relevant and current information including FGM, LGBT and relationships. Obviously IHC also delivers Sex education including up to date information on STI’s.

Our KS3 pupils said that the lessons were engaging, interesting, informative and useful. They liked the sessions because they were not with a normal teacher so weren’t embarrassing. They said the work was useful for the future and at the right level for them to understand.

I think their rates are realistic and I feel that for the service that they offer they represent good value for money."

"I thought the Sex Ed delivered today by Inspiring Healthy Choices was informative and delivered well, it was great to have males deliver as previously I have only seen females deliver this. I also think that the fact that they were not school staff can help the kids relax and ask more questions, I know we are present but I still think the anonymity of an outsider from school helps."

"I have found Kelly to be very approachable and friendly.

She is able to work with our clients without judgement and works in an inclusive way with everyone she meets. We work with clients from a diverse section of society with many cultures, sexual orientations, genders and religions. Kelly is able to make everyone feel comfortable and relaxed while working with them and gives them the time they need.

Kelly is clearly very passionate about the work she does, which is reflected in the clear and helpful, but professional approach I have witnessed from her."
